VINFAST GIFTS EACH COMMUNITY MEMBER EQUIVALENT TO 30 VFS SHARES

[Viet Nam] To celebrate its successful listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange, VinFast is offering a special gift to all members of the VinFast Vietnam Community, consisting of 30 VFS shares per individual.

This unique customer appreciation program sets an unprecedented milestone in the global automotive market, specifically designed for pioneering customers who have supported VinFast since its inception. It perfectly embodies VinFast's customer-centric philosophy of "Placing Customers at the Core."

This program is initiated to mark a historic occasion: VinFast's successful listing on the NASDAQ stock exchange (on August 15, 2023), making it a globally recognized publicly traded company and the highest-valued Vietnamese brand listed on the U.S. stock exchange.

Under this program, community members who own VinFast vehicles (upon meeting specified conditions) will receive a token of appreciation in the form of 30 VFS shares listed on the U.S. stock exchange. After holding these shares for one year, members have the option to transfer them back to Vingroup in exchange for an equivalent cash amount based on the share's value on the trading day.
